When we decided to replace our older fireplace, we went to Pro Fireplace in Orchard Park, and we are very glad we did! Owners Wayne and Mike were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering our many questions. Wayne came out to our house, to look over the area and explain what he would do.
After selecting our fireplace, Wayne, Mike and Gunner came to our house. They also worked with our contractor, Mark Marcin (who also does amazing work) to get everything installed.

Wife and I inherited a 1968 home from husbands parents. It has a brick woodburning, converted to gas and converted to an electric fireplace (Pro Fireplace). Fireplaces are great, for aesthetics, but can be drafty, sucking the hot air right up the chimney. Contacted Pro Fireplace, talked to Mike, and his partner Wayne, they came out, looked it over, "not a problem it can be done". Professional, understanding, personable, priced very reasonable, demonstrated all the features, including the remote control....bottom line..a definite contact. Cleaned up and recommend as to how to clean the glass, made sure we understood the product verbally. Didn't just hand the owners manual to us and "here read this", recommend reading it, its in a file. Fantastic, outstanding product, install, and staff.

I purchased a gas insert a few years ago from them. We live near the Lake. Over the years the wind speeds have seemed to increase in intensity and frequency. Our flame would blow out during a bad gust. I called them. They were very helpful to try and solve the problem. Even though it was a few years since the purchase and install they came out and serviced the unit at no charge to me. I don't know of many companies that would do that these days. Very refreshing. I definitely recommend Pro Fireplace.
